Extended 'K' and
Cares Financial Information
2008-2009 School year
Optional Extended Kindergarten Program (12:00 TO 3:00 PM)
- Choice of five days a week OR Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are the two options avaible.
- The cost is $8.00 a day.
- Extended Day Program will be in session only when the rest of the school is in session.
- Payment is required for the days school is scheduled to be in session. If your child is absent, payment is still required for that day.
- Payment is required upon receipt of invoice sent home inthe weekly communication envelope. These payments should be sent to the school office by mail or in person.
- You have the option of beginning Extended Day at the beginning of any month.
- You may begin with three days and change to five days as the year progresses. It is important that you realize we cannot offer the option of changing from five days to three days.
CARES PROGRAM (after school child care)
- Registration is for 2,3,4, or 5 days weekly. The program will be on a monthly basis with payment made in advance. No refunds or credits for absences or occasional missed days.
- Rates: Daily Rate per child
- 3:10-4:45 P.M $7.00
- 3:10-5:45 P.M $9.00
** There will be an additional charge of $5.00 per 15 minutes for late pick-ups.

If your child is absent the payment remains the same. Scheduled holidays and half days are already reflected in this list. Should an unscheduled holiday or closing occur, you automatically deduct $8.00 from the following month’s payment. |
