Girl Scouts of the Tookany Service Unit will be collecting school supplies for a girls school in Afghanistan
Under the Taliban rule, girls were not educated. It is our goal to supply 350 girls with a bag containing the following items. Please ask your dentist for toothpaste and toothbrushes. During these last weeks of September there are many sales on back to school supplies. Note books can be purchased at Target (10 for a $1.00).
Donations of money will be needed for shipping. We should be able to ship all the goods for $250.00.

All girl scout meetings for grades 1-6 are held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 :to 7:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria.
